Site Engineer Guide

Role: Demand Originator & Site Verification Authority

1. Role Overview

You are responsible for:

• Identifying material needs
• Raising MRs
• Verifying delivery at site
• Reporting material condition

You ensure the right material reaches the right location.

2. Creating a Material Request

When materials are required:

1. Select product from Product Master.
2. Enter quantity.
3. Assign correct site.
4. Add notes if necessary.
5. Submit for Admin approval.

Ensure clarity and accuracy while raising request.

3. Receiving Allotment Note

After vendor dispatch:

1. Open Allotment Note.
2. Verify products and quantities.
3. Acknowledge receipt.

4. Creating Site GRN

After physical verification:

1. Confirm actual received quantity.
2. Mention condition: Good, Damaged, or Short supplied.
3. Submit Site GRN to Procurement.

If damaged or short: Mention clearly to initiate resolution.

Your verification ensures accountability and prevents material misuse.
